We want you to feel confident in your TALA gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like underwear and water bottles are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
